What about the five men that have exhausted appeals, and are currently ( have been) due an execution date being set by the trial court ever since the US Supreme Court ruled the lethal injection to be legal???? And what about the fact that LASC never overturns the first round of state appeals, although many are riden with errors,,, later being overturned by the US Supreme Court on post conviction appeals, and what about the time it takes to waive appeals if that is what an inmate chooses? What about these death penalty problems also at the LA State Supremem Court?
