I was about 30 feet away when they brought the dog in to sniff the car. They didn't have the man cuffed and both cops turned their backs on him and he RAN! Both cops chased him and the woman who was in the car just wandered around cuz there were no mor cops there for a few minutes. The police, fire, emergency teams were there at least 3 hours. Don't know if they ever caught the man.
