Womelsdorf man killed in Del. shore crash

A 64-year-old Womelsdorf man was killed, and his wife was seriously injured in a two-vehicle accident Wednesday evening on Coastal Highway near Lewes, Del.

I think he was referring to Tory Hess. Hess was charged with manslaughter, first- and second-degree vehicular assault, DUI, aggressive driving, driving while suspended and menacing. Agree that the Long's should have been wearing...but look at the pictures

Definately the first two, seatbelt may have saved his life. I often drive without my seatbelt and if I die, well it's my own bonehead move.
