Apparently he just cant learn if he's been caught six times. Eventually the peeping will lead to something worse. Lock him up and give him some time to think about it.

Always keep both hands on the window sill while peeping. That will separate you from being a sexual predator!

Here we go again. A slap on the wrist! KEEP him LOCKED UP forever. What if that was your daughter, sister. girlfriend, wife, or even mother that he was peeping on. He is a predator, he just hasn't touched them yet. Please don't let him out.

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PHYSICALLY HURT SOMEONE TO HURT THEM.

AND YES PEEPING TOMS SHOULD BE CHARGED AND PUNISHED AS SEX OFFERS. THEY ARE EQUALLY AS GUILTY.

THAT IS INTENTIONAL TORT TO THE HIGHEST DEGREE OF SEXUALLY ACTIVITY!

Absolutely! How do we know he isn't going to want to do something physically harmful? He may get tired of just "looking."

Yes, Yes, it should be A violent crime. Anyone who sneaks around peeping into windows only has crime on their mind.

No, this should not be considered a violent offender offense. There is alot of difference between peeping and touching. They are not commiting a voilent crime and should not be treated the same as someone who does.

However, it is different if he is a repeat offender. The punishment should fit the crime and if he continues to do the same thing then the punishment should excalate each time he does it.

Yes it should because sooner or later his body and mind is going to get fed up with just looking and will probably take out his aggression in a horrible way.

I agree with you LAW 100%. what should be a felony is these no driving people always driving in the passing lanes causing huge traffic back-ups. One has to wonder how did these people ever get driver licenses. Sorry, for asking that question... I know the answer... it's all about the State/Counnties making money. When a citizen gets a license, 99.9% of the time they are going to get a vehicle therefore, generating more money for the State/Counties at all cost.
