yeah right the company is currently on breach of contract and state law by harassing and intimidating employees with disciplinary action that will result in termination of employment if employees are not ready on time at the start of their shifts and after lunch , we are require to wear protective equipment and tools to do our jobs which takes a significant amount of time to get ready under the new union contract this has to be don after we punch in at the start of the shift and after lunch , colorado law says our lunch has to be a minimum of 30 minutes duty free and the contract is more specific ,so management is forcing employees to do all that before we punch in saving or stealing at least an hour a week per employee they take advantage that most employees don,t speak the language and are afraid of getting fire also because the fort morgan union office is doing a very poor job they use to work for the company i will contact the NLRB and state and will file complains against both of them the money the company saves easily exceeds what we paid in union dues
