Management chooses to yell rather than listen. Charges show up on the monthly assessment letter without an explanation of those charges. No warnings, only charges. I had to prove that a $1200+ charge was from a prior owner, yet was still yelled at by management who chose to yell first. If MC Property Management would understand that contract law is above their declarations, maybe they wouldn't have so many problems. Instead they are vindictive. After explaining the Illinois Real Estate Contract and how things do not pass around title, my $1200+ fee was dropped from last months bill. Guess what... I received another assessment letter a few days ago and this one has a $10 per day fine going back over a month. Do you think that they might contact me before a full month goes by to tell me why I'm being fined? Or maybe warn me and tell me why I might be fined? No, they chose not to. Course in the end I still don't know what the fine is all about because there was no warning and their statement sure doesn't explain what this fine is all about.

MC Property Management... shame on you!!! Poor way of running a business and the Better Business Bureau and Illinois State Attorney General will be notified if this is not straightened out within the week.

MC Management is an awesome management company. They are very professional and proactive in keeping the properties they manage in good condition. The monthly invoice reminders, information and records they manage for their various properties is top notch service.

Michaelene and Keith Conrad are property management professionals dedicated to providing the best management services, recommendations and contractor referrals to the properties they manage. Their phone staff is friendly and efficient. If your property needs good management, they are it.

the most rude people I have ever worked with. They act like they are doing you a favor when ever you call... This is why the country has the problems it has...Companies dont care about anything but money. Customer service is out the door and people are so angery and have no customer service skills at all. I may sell this home just to get rid of mc property......

MC Management is the worst Property Management we have had to deal with, most unprofessional in every aspect. Other than being ignored and treated rudely, the Manager MC does not know how to run her business and constantly creates conflict among owner's at Woodridge Country Club Drive. Many, many numerous calls into her office brought no returned call and we were ignored. It comes down to hiring a Lawyer to make her face the issues at hand. Needs to be voted OUT of being Management and petition all owner's and board members to vote that company OUT.

There are better management companies out there - you must petition and vote the existing management company out of there by majority vote by homeowner's and board. You need to stand up and be on the Board and help make these rulings to vote MC management out of there and have good companies come in and bid to manage the properties.

I would vote them out by petitioning all owner's to vote them out. They have been the worst for years and no one wants to be on the board with them so they are always there - the most RUDE to deal with even on simple things which turn into such a problem and reluctance to help. Many owner's have complained but there is only one way to get them out - vote them out. There are good companies out there who respond and handle things right.

It saddens me to read so many uncomplimentary
comments about our association. I've experienced
others and, believe me, from my experience we have it quite good here. Each time, and it has not been
frequent, I e-mailed or called Michelle, she has been responsive and courteous to my concerns. Admittedly, she has not always been pleasant, but when you think of all the complaints she gets at once for roof leaks, etc., it's damn hard to be nice to everyone...particularly when we think we
should have things done NOW. None of us would want
her job. Of all the management people I've encountered over the years, she is one great gal!
Usually, a kind word given will be returned in like
manner.

MC is the worst mgmt company! Service and communications suck. Notices of violations come 30-60 days after infraction when fines and fees have already accured. If you owe them $ they are all over you. When you call with a problem or concern, no one returns your call. Do not move into a complex managed by these fools.

A good management company is one that works quietly in the background. MCPMC does not work at all in the background, as far as I can tell. They are terrible at returning phone calls and emails. The owner is accusatory and attacks without provocation. While they are the property managers, they like to pass the blame off to the unit owners or other companies that they hired to do work for them. Good luck trying to get straight answers out of anyone you are able to get a hold of there. They have a serious lack of communication and initiative to get anything done for people paying assessments. If you do get a hold of someone there be ready for a fight, they do more yelling than listening. Also, they like to set down the phone and pretend to listen to you when you are speaking, make sure they are always responding to what you are saying. They are paid assessments to take care of the building they “manage,” but they seem to be annoyed with actually have to maintain or fix something for which they are responsible. Don’t bother going to them with problems you have, if you can fix it yourself, just do it. Had I known what dealing with MCPMC was like, I would have help off purchasing my unit.

MC Property Management has been taking advantage of the Woodridge Country Club for years. The take over our common building to use for their office yet...don't pay a dime for rent. They speak to you through a glass wall because they have pissed so many people off, I think they are afraid of the homeowners. People who have limited English are treated like animals. And...the rest of us are considered a downgrade of human life compared to them. I do not live there anymore, and moved because of their practices, payoffs to vendors/insurance companies and attitudes. They should be thankful we allow them to manage us...and be humble to those around us. Karma will come back on Michaeline.

We threw MC Management out at our community. Their service was HORRIBLE. MC has terrible vendors that do shoddy work and the management is CROOKED (Keith and Michealene) .... so glad our Board got rid of them from our community. Word to the wise at other Townhouse and Condo Communityes .... Never use these crooks

I would rate MC Property Management a 3 out of 10. They are not very good...but who in this field is? It seems like cell phone companies - service is always an afterthought.

Apparently you don't have any clue of what you are talkinig about. All workers working at the property are licensed bonded and insured. The initial Board of Directors replaced many chimneys prior to the units being six years of age due to leakage. The Association is a Homeowners Association and the owners are responsible for interior repairs (100% replacement value of the homes is the insurance coverage you are to carry per the Association's governing documents). You need to read the documents of the association in which you live.

Called management service for a issue and they would not get me to anybody that could take care of my issue I was only offered voice mail and maybe a call back the same day. Completely unprofessional customer service. Stay as far away from this company if you can.

This is totally wrong. The employees are the worst in the world. They yell at people if some one call them.
