I was reading where one of the protesters had moved to West Virginia to participate in these actions. If he had really cared for the citizens of the state would he have moved here prior to starting illegal riots and participated in diversifying the economy to keep West Virginians welfare no so supported by coal - I believe he did not so his actions seem clear - to illegally assemble and to coerce (sp) locals into the illegal activites. I feel the legislature needs to pass a law concerning these individuals and create the punishment of feloneous aggravation.

if i am not mistaking the whole thing about this protest was suppose to be about the silo behind marshfork and the safety of our students at that school. what the hell happened? are they not remembering what they were protesting? or could they not prove the danger.now they have moved on to bother more innocent people that have to work for a living and not live off the government.doesn't make sense to me

i need to state a few things here.other than an occassional comment i didn't know anything about mtr other than what i could see from route 3. i
didn't know anything about water dynamics except
what i observed with my own eyes.
i didn't know about the struggles going on around me,that they had been going on for some
time.i didn't and still don't know a "treehugger"
i did know that my river had changed drastically
over the years and i didn't like it at all.this
struck home for the first time when i walked down
to the falls at the mouth of peach tree and
discovered that kids had put a dam across coal
river just to gain A FEW MORE INCHES to swim in.

helps me.it all comes from my own observations,

I really don't think that a person who claims to care so much about the kids COULD NOT notice SO MANY STRANGERS moving into this area and not find out who they are!
