Do banks have access to information on my student loans?I want to have my student loans consolidated but my 6 month grace period hasn't expired. I don't know exactly how much I took out in student loans; if I go to my local bank, and give them information such as my Social Security Number, will they be able to find out what loans I used, how much I borrowed, and set up a consolidated loan for me?
Thanks in advance for any responses!:)
