I knew Billy and his family very well. The official story was that he fell and hit his head while working. However, there is much reason to believe that he was murdered. His mother Marion died a couple days later, apparently from the overwhelming grief of her son's death.

Billy had a long standing problem with drugs. That certainly doesn't mean he was a bad guy. In fact Billy would have given you the shirt off his back. I'm absolutely convinced he was murdered.

Well just to let everyone know, I know the family pretty well and DRUGS had no part of his death, in fact there were NO drugs found in his body, and they waited for all the toxicology reports to come back and there wasn't a Drug in his BODY!
Yes he was Murdered, he was hit over the head with a blunt object which resulted into a Scull Fracture, with a Subdural Hematoma, and that is how he died!
Also we know the good ole NPT police didn't do their jobs on this case, by interviewing the main suspect Jack W over the phone!
Yes his mother died the day he was burried cause she couldn't handle the grief of loosing her Baby boy!!!!
So to all you ASSHOLES that are saying it was Drugs, the family has the TRUE results, and NO he didn't do it at work. You can't fall and hit your head a month before dying, especially with the type of injury that he died from!
The truth is Billy had soo many FRIENDS and would do or give them or even a stranger anything he had, even if it was his last penny!
Only the GOOD die youg and that's a true statement when it come to Billy! He has 3 great kids,his only son in the US Army protecting all you IDIOTS accusing his dad of a Drug overdose! His 2 daughters were the love of his life along with his son!
Yes him and Sharon had their differences but in the end the still LOVED each other! She is a great mother to his children, and a better in-law to Billy's family!
So there is someone out there that knows Jack W did this so why not come forward and let the Family and especially his children live in PEACE!!! They not only loss their DAD but also A Grandmother within 5 days!!
Billy may you RIP and continue to watch over your family!!! You were a GREAT guy!!!

BOONEGUY, do you know anything about what happened to Billy or do you know Jack(JOHN) Waechter? That is him in the photo and word has it he is a dangerous person.
Maybe through this forum we can find him and atleast his name is getting out andd he will confess. That would give peice of mind for the family. Any family no matter how a loved one passed deserves to know how and if it was a murder they have the right to know who did it so that person can be prosecuted, as you can see Waechter is one the run for a drug related incedent. Like the person said in one of the other post about him being involved in a couple murders, word has it he was involved in (Wild) Bill Davis's death also. His day is coming and hopefuly he gets caught soon!!!! So anyone reading this needs to be on the lookout for him!

I couldn't agree more about catching him and locking him up and throwing the key away! I don't think a single person related to Jack (JOHN) claim him, honestly I can't blame them. He is a murderer and needs to be caught quick!!!

I think Jack B, Billy and Jack W, were all out one night (Billy had been Drug free for almost a year)
Jack W and Billy had words, Jack W grabbed Billy around his neck and rambed his head into a wall, Jack B dropped Him home, Billy went to bed with severe head trama, but servived a few days. Jack B got sober after that and knew what Jack W did and couldn't live with himself knowing that his friend Jack W caused the death of his best friend Billy Bolmer Jack B then shot himself in the head resulting in his own death, the least he could have done was leave a note telling the truth to let his family have closer. Billy your are missed and we all hope Jack W is caught and put to death RIP Billy Bolmer we love you

I couldn't agree with the person that said his daughter would love to know who did this, but his son would realy love to know along with everyone. the last post whoever this person is seems to know alot about the 3 guys that night, did you ever talk to the police or tell anyone? It's ahshame this is being said about the drugs cause non of that is true so before you say someone died of "drugs, drugs and more good drugs" you need to get your facts straight. Billy is at peace with his Mom and his niece, the 3 of them were amazing people. When they say the apple doesn't fall far from the tree, that was true when it came to Billy and his mom.
Everyone need to look for Jack Waechter and call the police if they see him anywhere, he derserves to rot in HELL, for all the people he's hurt.
