Investigators re-create deadly crash - The Park Record

A South Summit man has still not been charged in connection with a traffic crash that killed a Peoa man March 30 on State Road 32 near Kamas.

no police officers in summit county are stretched thin. they are crawling all over each with absolutly nothing to do.UHP, county sherifs,kamas city, and all of the DNR,DWR etc. This comes down to one thing if you have the right last name you can basically do what you want. He was impaitient as I have seen a hundred times on that road and now there is an entire family with no father. No justice!

hey brickey ; you mean one of the drivers was killed in front of his daughter. i bet she can tell you what happened.i'll help you out: the sky was clear and the road was dry. there is no mystery to what happened here. the other driver is in fact a member of an extremely prominent family and it is obvious what's going on here. no charges in two months time? and please dont insult the public by saying the troopers are strecthed thin. we are smothered by the numbers of parasites in this county.if they cant figure out a charge,put'em on unemployment where they belong.brickey is a tool and that's sad.

Brickey's mealymouthed festival of lame excuses creates nothing but suspicion that the troopers and Brickey are NOT working hard to resolve this issue. It makes me sick to see the people's attorney behaving in such a cowardly fashion. I am so very sorry for the family of the man killed by the reckless driving of this obviously connected and protected person. Is this the way it is?

According to the articles that covered the story, the guy in the blue dodge truck was speeding and tried to pass the saab. Does that help your investigation. A man was killed. That road should not be a 55 mph speed limit. It does not matter, because all of the self important and the lift kit pick-up driving red necks will speed and pass people all day long no matter what the speed limit. Especially when you can get away with murder when you cause one, right?
