"Dubay, 41, of Plymouth, tested positive for cocaine on 12 occasions — most recently June 6 — while participating in Project Remand, according to Ramsey County District Court records. He also failed to report for 11 urine tests since January."

How is it that he just got kicked out of the program now. Is it the 23 strikes and you're out program?

I was really hoping Jeff would get his life together and get a fresh start, but it looks like he's p*issed it away. Seems like he doesn't even care. I guess some people feel that way when they lose everything......too bad...

It is really nothing to laugh at - addiction is a tough burden to bear. You should be thankful is you have never experienced it.

Yeah,'cause it's not like it's TAX DOLLARS that will pay to do so. Get a clue. Better yet, YOU pay for it.

Drug courts don't work. Prison doesn't work. We need DEMAND REDUCTION in this country, not more jail time and government bureaucracies.

As a retired judge, I know of many people who can help him - both professionala and fellow users. I wish I coudl talk with him and get him on track. This, like many othes, is a sad situation that can be dealt with.

If any good can come from this maybe some young people will read this and realize cocaine can chop the legs off the largest person. It takes down all kinds. Dumb a ss would not be in this situation had he not tried the drug. that simple. Concede that the drug is stronger than you therefore you do not dare attempt it's lure.

I hope for his family he gets better but I do not think he deserves a million chances.

You choose you loose.

Daily Horoscope for December 18

Aries

You'll be in a better position to get on well with someone who has power or authority over you. This might be your boss, some other authority figure, a friend you really respect or an older relative. Maybe you should chat up your superiors at the office Christmas party... or make more of an effort to understand what makes a certain person tick.
