'Superman Returns' producer could face sex harassment suit

A judge has ruled that a former personal assistant to "Superman Returns" producer Jon Peters can take her sexual harassment lawsuit against him to trial, according to court papers obtained today.

I would like to know why it took so long before a lawsuit was filed and then only after Morita's employment was terminated, I would of thought that when Peters exposed himself to her Daughter that would have been the time for the lawsuit?
