One word I find missing in this article is: "family."
What ever happened to parental responsibilities? What happened to school and church responsibilities? We cannot expect to have laws covering ALL the social ills of our society. How about making parents more responsible for the actions of their children? Let's get back to the basics of our forefathers.

The point is simple - criminalizing failure to report means that witnesses will refuse to give statements and would be properly within their 5th amendment rights to do so.

Union rep. and aclu rep.? What could be more wrong with this picture? Having a union and aclu rep. like valerie samll navarro, telling us how we should act and what to think, is ludicrous. unions and the aclu are self serving thieves and are a huge problem in this country. I think they have forgotten their primary goals.
