I find this case so sad and bizarre. I waited on this woman several times a week throughout the end of her pregnancy. She was poised and polite, seemed hard working talking about her business that she owned and seemed so excited about the upcoming birth of her daughter. Maybe this was part of post partem depression, maybe she just had us all fooled and is a terrible person... Who knows. I don't know her well and I'm not on her side. Having said that she is the only 1 who has to lay her head down on her pillow at night, she's the one who will stand before God and whatever happened she is the one who will have to come to grips with what that is. Her daughter is now parentless, a man who had several children is now dead, his brothers life is destroyed and all these families will hold their head down in shame. Sadly the evidence is overwhelming and it does appear that she did everything that she's being accused of. For one moment ,though, think about yourself... what deep dark secret are you carrying around that nobody knows about but you? If you're perfect and have done no wrongs in your life than surely you know someone who has and you are either still acquainted with them, have let it slide or have accepted it. Let he who is without sin cast the first stone. At certain times in your life sometimes you don't see the right and the wrong, you only see the red and that means that Satan is winning. If you hold grudges and continue to be angry and hateful, Satan is winning and YOU are really the 1 in prison. We need to be praying for this woman and for her child and for all the families that have been devastated by this horrible and senseless act, not judging her... That's Gods job. I truly pray and hope that everyone involved somehow finds Jesus and that He works wonders in their lives. That they are brought peace and find a way to do some good in this hard, cruel and sad world. That people forgive and not keep themselves prisoner and that His hand touch their mind, body and broken spirits and fill them with love, forgiveness and good things... yes, even Alice Trappler.
