There's a good chance they will admit something. It's way too early for them to give it up. There's a mountain of charges with the "criminal enterprise" being the longest sentence of 20 years I believe. Proving that charge is a complicated and expensive project. Witnesses can die, get sick or refuse to cooperate. The defendants won't have full disclosure of the evidence until the time of trial. If that evidence is shaky, maybe cross examination can place a doubt in juror's heads. If it's a long trial, maybe they can even get a feel for how it starts. A plea can be made and accepted right up until the jury comes in with the verdict.
Bottom line: Everybody waits and if a deal can be worked out for a few minor charges, they admit guilt and move on. Remember, these are law enforcement officers who know the system and they surely expect the insider discount of charges as always seems to be the rule.
