Why change his name, maybe the police should do their job, I hope he wins and then maybe he should think about going after each cop (in court) that made the arrest and failed to do their job correctly. Take them to court and then and only then will they start thinking before they do something stupid, like arresting someone WITHOUT confirming thei ID.
