Former detective faces felony embezzlement

Macomb County Prosecutor Eric Smith said Friday he has charged Timothy Stopczynski, 41, with one count of misconduct in office and one count of embezzlement by an agent or trustee less than $20,000. Both crimes are felonies punishable by five years in prison.

I helped this guy and he was supposed to take care of my tickets he never did.
