I am seeking some guidance from a tax - labor attorney regarding an issue with a former employer .
I have an irs ruling SS8 stating the employer missclassfied the worker as 1099 - instead of W2 .
The employer refuses to admit blame , and refuses to cooperate with the employee or IRS .
If you are a qualified attorney in the subject matter please help , as this company has a direct working relationship with our USArmed forces and violating tax issues for profit is a bad call!
