Big surprise. Pharm companies spend significant time defending lawsuits. Vaccine producers have been protected from lawsuit through a U.S. injury compensation program, a vaccine court, and now, blanket protection from all forms of litigation. Funny they need so much protection from their "safe" products.

Whatever is going on between the patent owner and the pharmaceutical company is their business. Ours is whether Effexor is a good drug. I can personally vouch for it, been taking it for years, and it has always helped my mood.

Its not a vaccine, so its not protected. Do a search of Effexor class action lawsuit, and if there is one something should come up.

I've been on Effexor from only one week but am cautiously very optimistic. Prior to this I was on citalopram but still feeling very low and sleeping poorly, feeling like I needed to be in bed 12-16 hours a day. Now I am waking naturally after only 8 hours sleep and finding it much easier to concentrate at work. I can hardly believe it is working so quickly but I feel so much better. I've had no side effects.

I've been thinking about getting a a real estate lawyer to help me with my planning and will. Is that a real estate lawyer or a property planner? I feel like I hear about both type everyday that I get them confused.
