The trainers here really care about your goals and will push you to achieve them. They give you free gloves and a one of a kind workout. I couldn't ask for more!

Hands down, best workout i've ever had. Classes are intense but so worth my time. Energy is high, trainers are awsome and very motivational, and music is awsome!

I absolutely love ILKB Hicksville. The staff is amazing and so helpful and the workouts are killer! I've never felt better than I do than when I walk out of the studio. ILKB Hicksville is a great facility and I think everyone should give it a try!

What can I say other than I love this place!! I signed up a few months ago and after the first class actually found myself addicted to working out here!! I frequently find myself making plans with others that revolve around my kickboxing schedule. The staff here is extremely friendly and fun yet they always challenge you to push your hardest.
I consistently worked out at a local gym for about a year before this but was not seeing results. I found that iLoveKickboxing turned this around in a few weeks!! I have noticed myself getting stronger and my endurance improving. But be aware that does not mean that the workouts are getting any easier!! Even after a few months I'm still dripping in sweat after just a few minutes through the high-intensity warm-up. At iLoveKickboxing you are always encouraged to work harder than you did last time, whether that means doing one more push-up or working on your punches at an even quicker pace. The music is always energizing and the workouts are always different, which definitely motivates you to keep going. I've made some great friends in the process and feel like everyone here is a part of my second family!!
I would without a doubt recommend iLoveKickboxing to anyone looking to get in shape and actually enjoy their workout at the same time!!
