Srgt. Swannie has been a goodman since i met him through his younger brother tom who was my schoolmate in third grade 45plus yrs ago. This gentalman knew how to talk to the citizens of bellmawr with kindness, even if his was giving you a ticket, ive never had a ticket, because i knew, somewhere on some road, you never know if the Swan be pulling up in back of you, always with a smile! Peace to you officer.R.E.S..you did your job well..
