WOODBURY A weekend accident where three pedestrians were struck by a truck while crossing Broad Street has prompted a city councilman to press once again for reducing the number of lanes along the busy artery.

Reduce lanes ?? They complain that no one shops downtown - but the traffic is so bad that no one likes to go there.
I work in Woodbury and truly - people need to learn to cross the street. Daily I see people just start crossing, never minding that cars on Broad have turn lights in their favor. People just stroll right out there any way !
