I would have thought that all of T-Wat's trips to China etc. would have paid off by now - that, plus all his faith in the miracle of the free market should kick in any time now - be sure to say a prayer for little timy when you retire with a reduced standard of living.

Exclusive: Jobs 'Saved or Created' in Congressional Districts That Don't Exist

http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/jobs-saved-cre...

Here's a stimulus success story: In Arizona's 9th Congressional District, 30 jobs have been saved or created with just $761,420 in federal stimulus spending. At least that's what the website set up by the Obama Administration to track the $787 billion stimulus says.

There's one problem, though: There is no 9th Congressional District in Arizona; the state has only eight Congressional Districts.

There's no 86th Congressional District in Arizona either, but the government's recovery.gov Web site says $34 million in stimulus money has been spent there.

It’s basically Enron at the executive level, with Obama playing Ken Lay and his cronies being the beneficiaries of other people’s money.

Too late. The majority of Minnesotans thought his departure from duty was a great idea over the last 7 years. A leopard can not change his spots overnight.

Too late for this too - Little Timmy took all our money. There is nothing to retire on at this point.

We have the DFL Party, of course we are going to have to borrow. This whole short-fall is endemic of Democratic Leadership. Obama wastes a trillion dollars on a failed Stimulus Package and now he is freezing budgets...how is freezing budgets going to overcome a trillion dollars of spending waste as well as a doubling of our National Debt which is now 12.1 trillion. Add Healthcare and that would be 13.3 Trillion our kids get to pay for in the future. Write and call Senate to say NO to Obamacare and it's Governemental-Run Healthcare System.
Here is Obama's Freeze in Budget Article:

You're mixing apples with oranges buddy. Little Timmy and his Republican held Legislature put us in this position to borrow money; a position frankly a number of conservatives defended when Timmy said during his unallotment speech that we were going to have to borrow some money. Apparently, you conservatives don't listen to your own representatives.
Next, the borrowed money Obama has pledged us was to help states like ours, Minnesota, pay the bills we already could not pay. You clearly have been living on another planet. All of this was big news back in January when California was the first state to signal trouble ahead.

You must be confused, this is not a revenue collection problem, but a spending problem, if the state took in $1 they spent $2 at least, this can't continue to go on, how high would they raise the taxes and finally say it was enough, not going to happen.
The big problem is that they have been spending like this for so long it's all about to come crashing down, they have been buying our votes with our own money for years and it's about over, they can only steal so much money, they forgot they were supposed to operate on a small percentage of the money changing hands, they got greedy, raised the taxes and all those hidden fee's, congress stole billions from the banks with their friends cashed in and then had the taxpayers put the money back in, and there was no money to put back in.
There is no REAL budget problem, if there was they would finally sit down and trim some fat from the budget as they have not done so don't believe it, just an effort to prime us all for more tax hikes.
Just look around the country, herd today in Detroit they have bodies stacked up in the morgue and no money to bury them, so they are just going to store them, they pissed all their money away and now don't know what to do, but they still are not trying to trim fat.
As if the federal budget wasn't bad enough, remember obama on the campaign trail, how we were going to get this spending under control, and he so far has spend more money in a year, than bush spend in 8, way to go, great job, wait for the new health care plan, our federal debt will be 24 TRILLION dollars by 2019 with no one trying to stop it, this can not go on, it will fall apart, will be just like someone turned off a light switch, what are they going to tax when there is nothing left to tax, getting very close to that point...

Agreed, legalize and tax pot and stop jailing addicts unless they commit other crimes to get their drug money.
Normally I agree with most things you say. I'm all for legalizing, but why do people, in the same breath, include "And tax it!"? That's EXACTLY what the Dems are accused of doing. And you hate the Dems! What's the deal with that?
PS. If it does go legal and taxed, I'll stay with the black market. I for one am pay too many effing taxes as is!

Daily Horoscope for December 17

Capricorn

You're in the mood to spend some money today. That's fine if you've got it, because you'll have a wonderful time strolling around the shops. But it isn't such good news if you're supposed to be sticking to a strict budget because that will be well nigh impossible once you've seen something that catches your eye. It will keep saying 'Buy me, buy me!'
