This ash-hole is lucky I wasn't the judge. I would have gave this idiot the same penalty it would be for tossing a human off a balcony! Attempted murder or murder, depending on the status of the victim. This is an unforgivable act--cruelty to an animal! Damn jerk!

I don't think throwing a dog out a window should be a crime.

Dogs are animals, not people.

I am glad the guy did not get jail time. He should not have been charged by the prosecutor in the first place.

We live in a perverted society where crimes against animals produce a stiffer sentence than crimes against people. This guy could have punched his girlfriend in the face and probably would get less than 2 years on probation.

The article said that this man had just become a new father. Too bad for the child. If a guy could do this to a dog I hate to think what he might do to a child if he got angry enough. Sounds to me like he might be a sociopath, and there is no treatment or cure for that kind of person.

If you ever get tossed off a balcony, as your descending to the earth remember you are only human and didn't earn your wings!

it should not matter what breed of dog it is, no animal should have to go through that type of trauma. There are only bad owners, not the animals fault.

I think the fact that some posts here are very racist, and nobody said anything about it, says it all about the mentality of you. I guess you can't be anti dog, but you cane be anti black, wow!

Daily Horoscope for December 26

Scorpio

Something that you've always taken for granted or believed implicitly could have a big question mark hanging over it during the next few weeks. The more entrenched your views are about this, the more difficult it will be to accept that perhaps it's time for a change of opinion or, at the very least, a revaluation of what you think. Mercury turns retro in your house of communications, so do your best to be open-minded now.
