did anything happen to Piggy over this? just know them from a long time ago---only know a little about all of this--but heard he was somehow involved?

What is the evidence that Piggy and Machelle were involved? There is none, just heresay. The word of a child molester, woman beater and murderer. Are people quilty by association. Then that would be alot of people. Look to the real reason Theresa was killed. Why would she even put herself into that type of position? Who made her promises or threats? Wrongful DEATH!!!!!!!

knew Piggy from years ago--he was always crazy but I never figured to be involved in something like that---I really don't know anything about it---like I said just read about it on here

Ok...the whole situation is sad. No one should have ever put Theresa in that situation because everyone knows what people who are bad on drugs do to narks. But, you guys need to quit talking crap about Tim Coleman. He's doing the best he can with what little evidence he has to work with. Actually, when there really is no evidence and only testimony of a bunch of liars on a cold case, be happy the SOB got any jail time at all. The charges were dropped to manslaughter only because Cardwell took a plea bargain. Had he not taken the plea, with what little evidence there really was, he may not have seen any jail time. That is, if the court system and jury worked the way they are supposed to. So, again, the whole situation is sad, but the truth is, at least he got jail time out of it (yes I know...not a lifetime sentence like he deserves).

Can you believe this? If you want to commit murder, make sure you do it in Butler County. Tim Coleman gives this guy 13 years and reduces the murder charge to manslaughter. Tim Coleman also let Johnathan Cardwell make a plea of 14 years for murder. They will both be out in about 10 years (only have to serve 85% of their sentences). what does this say about our justice system here?

I feel sorry for his son Landon when Johnathan gets out they poor child was there the night john freaked and shot his mom that kid needs to be kept far away from him.
