I can understand the jurors still having nightmares and sudden bursts of crying. I have witnessed a few roberries in banks and it left me very upset for a long period of time but I can't imagine hearing and seeing testimony about this horrific senseless Cheshire crime. I think we all need to start checking our doors and windows at night because unfortunately we live with a society of people that is mixed with sick individuals who have nothing better to do with their lives than take the lives of innocent upstanding individuals who are trying to live their lives and better educate themselves. I have just been following the news on this incident and it continues to send chills down my spine
whenever I see it. While the trials go on and we wait for these individuals to get their long awaited punishment it makes one very angry to think that they are still breathing oxigen from our air!!!! God Bless all of the family members and all the jurors!!

I agree with Fran. I can empathize with the trauma that the jurors might be going through ... not only did they have to see chilling photographs and evidence of what the Petit family went through ... they also had to see the faces and deeds of pure evil monsters. In addition to people having to start checking doors and windows at night, I believe that government should also start being more proactive in seeing to it that evil criminals are stopped from going out and brutalizing decent people. Also, parents should be steadfast and humble enough to discipline their children if they see them veering towards errant life paths.
