Where is the Police report from the NJ Troopers about the death of 2 girls by Trooper? Its been 2 months now and they said there would be a report after 30 days.

This is typical Trooper behavior of corruption and dishonesty.

Yes it is crazy. These troopers think who the hell they are, a tour of duty in Iraq would perhaps straighten out their numbskulls.

I agree with you 100%. And we should stop calling these corrupt bums with uniforms on "TROOPERS". They are (at least in theory) NJ State Police.

Who in the world dreamed of calling these guys "Troopers"????? The only REAL Troopers or Troops are our armed forces fighting in other countries like Afghanistan and Iraq. Labeling NJ State Police as "Troopers" has GONE TO THEIR HEADS AND EVEN POISONED THE MINDS OF PROSECUTORS AND JUDGES because they think these bum "Troopers" are some super human Force. That COULDN'T BE ANY FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH. The only thing they are super human at is LYING and being CORRUPT!!!

They are nothing but CORRUPT LYING NAZI LIKE BUMS who think their better than us "little people" with their childish "Trooper Status" and "spiffy uniforms"

NJ Troopers deep down also HATE local Police because Local Police are not "Military" like they are. HOW CHILDISH!!!! JUST LOOK AT HOW THESE "Tough guy Troopers" tried to Destroy a Tinton Falls DETECTIVE because he passed them on the Garden State Parkway "the wrong way". Talk about making a mountain out of a Mole Hill.

Why don't these Nazi NJ Troopers make this Death by Killer Trooper report public with the SAME INTENSITY that they used with persecuting this Tinton Falls Detective who was brutalized by them??????

The latest is that another troo[er took his girlfriend to see the victims' wrecked car, like some sord of a sideshow in a macabre gallry. It just shows how unprofessional and downright sick some of these guys are. What kind of a human being would wan to show a car where 2 beautiful young people met such a horrid fate? sick one.

What type of people would do sick things like this? Answer: NJ Troopers!!!

It was not just any NJ Trooper who enjoyed this sick behavior. It was a HIGH LEVEL - Trooper SERGEANT who took his girlfriends to take a look at the dead girls' car wreckage.

The the cancer called NJ Trooper CORRUPTION is spreading through out the NJ Trooper organization like one big cancerous tumor!!!!

This just in:
CAPE MAY COURT HOUSE – State Trooper Robert D. Higbee was indicted Tuesday on two counts of vehicular homicide in the deaths of Upper Township sisters Jacqueline and Christina Becker.
A Cape May County grand jury handed up the indictments exactly five months after the Sept. 27, 2006 crash that killed the sisters who were on their way to pick up a gallon of milk.

Higbee, on patrol in the Marmora section of the township, ran a stop sign and collided with the sisters' minivan, police said.

Christina M. Becker, 19, and Jacqueline G. Becker, 17, were declared dead at the scene.

Higbee is charged with two counts of second-degree vehicular homicide and faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted on both counts.

I used to live in Camden and had seen police run red lights many times. Everyone of us citizens is expected to abide by law while these police officers freely break the laws. Hmmmmm...

Will Trooper Higbee be acquitted of vehicular homicide?

It is the anniversary of the tragedy - exactly one year to the minute. Please pause and pray for the souls of the Becker girls, and for the relatives and friends left behind.

My heart goes out to you. I still pray for you that justice will be served but more importantly that someday you may find peace.

I still follow these threads. I still pray for the girls family and friends. I just don't say too much as I feel as if I am intruding because I did not know anyone involved. My heart still hurts for everyone who loved the girls though. Has there been any news?

Trial has been set for April 2009. Pre-trial motions will start in September, to determine what is and what is not allowed to be presented as evidence. At great controversy is the 'black box' that will show wheter or not the police cruise slowed at all or attempted to avoid impact. Expert witnesses for both parties need to be vetted before hand.

April 2009? Is the Court waiting to see if everybody forgets? Good God, that's a long time.
Do you think it will actually make it to trial or is this the typical "keep my butt out of jail as long as possible"? For instance, plead not guilty until you run out of time and then suddenly switch the plea to "no contest" etc...?

The wheels of justice grind unbearably slow when you are the one waiting for her to breathe... dsntslp

I heard the union has stopped paying his legal bills, so at this point, it may be time for him to cut a deal before trial - a trial will cost him $ 100k

Next month will mrk the 2 year anniversary. How sad that justice takes so long when it is being meted out to the law enforcers.....
