NO WAY ! Woodbine has a federally funded airport (1N4) next to the proposed site. There are height and center line restrictions when building near an airport. Think before you go off half cocked. Ken

The town is a shit hole. They may as well build an ethanol plant. It will not create any local jobs at all. Woodbine is ripe for this type of industrial ploy.
