I would say yes!! Look no further than inbreeding of crooks in our local government. Basically 4 families dictate the corruption here.

In Savannah, we have the Blige family. Yes, they are kin to Mary J. Blige. She visits now and again.

They all seem to achieve convicted felon status -males and females - before the age of 20.

The most infamous Blige atrocity - so far - was the time one of the males invaded the home of an elderly white widow, beat and raped her, then cut off her ring finger with a kitchen knife when he could not get her diamond wedding ring to slip off of her finger.

Would it not be better to offer these seemingly incorrigibly criminal families financial incentives to undergo voluntary sterilization than to continue, as a society, to suffer at their hands? Surely, a figure less than the cost of adjudicating and jailing their spawn into perpetuity and sufficient to induce their volunteering could be arrived at.

Okay, Libs, let the bleating begin.

$10,000 if they're under 20 and $8000 under 30 sounds about right.

Being criminal is not genetic; however, there are behaviors that can be triggered by catalytic environmental conditions that make one susceptible to this type of behavior. Multifactoral precursors are usually the cause of criminality not just one variable. It is well known that Monoamine Oxidase-A ( an enzyme that breaks down specific neurotransmitters) may be responsible for certain behaviors such as higher forms of aggression and drug abuse....of course this could lead to criminality but criminality is very broad construct.

Bullshit, Alex.

Ask anyone from Kingsland who knows the history of the Speads, or the Bliges in Savannah.

Hell, if there were a rap version of that Hank Williams, Jr song, "Hank, why do you drink, why do you blow smoke? Just carrying on a family tradition, yadda, yadda," it would be their family them song.

Hell, you could herd them all through an MAOI dip daily with no improvement.

How about if we offered to reduce the felony sentences of fecund, non-violent offenders by 50% and give them $10,000 as they exit prison in return for volunteering to be sterilzed before they are released?

That should have read "theme song" (above) of course.

I have no problem with voluntary eugenics. Hell, we're now trying to open up more green card slots for foreigners with needed technical expertise. Why not improve the shallow and deep ends of the gene pool simultaneously?

Not to long ago I would have said no to eugenics, but I am for it...sterilize all the white trash and black dumb asses and let the gene pool work it self out.

But environment has a huge effect on behavior...just look at you.

Yes, criminality is genetic. The corruption and crooked government we endure can only be explained by the sons and daughters of corrupt politicians going into government time and again to continue the fleecing.
