One of the goals of the Unions is the 32 hour work week. I see it in full bloom with the help of the
US Department of Labor. scouring the country side creating problems for employers.

That's because employers want the 30 hr exemption from paying a living wage.

"Over time compensation should be no less than 1.5 times the employees pay for every hour worked over. Over time pay applies to all employees who earn less than $60,000 per year."
Anyone making $60,000 for a 32 hr work week should get NO overtime.
