Just for shits and giggles, would two or three you guys look up the cost of actually getting an idea as to the cost of doing something like this type of project.

We are cleansing the town of all privately owned business. Then we will develop the old boat house site, mill site, and former airport site with city owned and city-partnered businesses.
Has it not been obvious what our plan is since Bill, John, Keith, Chuck, Deborah, and now Jim, and yours(not) truly took over?
It has to me.

If you take the time to read a little you may change your mind. I know I did after taking the time to read.

I will be selling raffle tickets with the winner picking the time and day when the first gondola is blown out of the sky by our daily summer afternoon lightning and thunderstorms.

Why on earth would we want an eyesore depositing people from Camden in downtown Fernandina when you drive here already? Certainly you don't believe tourists from other areas are going to park their cars for a 30 minute gondola ride to become pedestrians when they arrive here, leaving their transportation and luggage behind. Port, spaceport, space needles, amusement park........now a gondola. Do you ever come up with a doable idea, or are they all just outlandish pies in the sky?

You haven't heard anything yet. Our JDA is currently working on a whole bunch of new pipe dreams to justify their existence and most importantly their salaries.

I knew sooner than later we would be propelled back to Georgia not wanting to associate with the likes of St. Marys. Can't say as I blame them either. Next idea for crawling out of this hole.

The JDA is working on a project to get a shit from shinola factory in st marys, great jobs that pay $7-$9 an hour and all the company wants is a taxpayer bond for 5M....great ideas abound in Camden County as the genius real estate sales people drive our local govt.

That would never work. The cost of inputs would be prohibitively high. However, if you you reversed the process, we would have one helluva competitive advantage given our abundant resource.

War Zone? A surplus Vietnam SAM operated by a blind cong would bring 66tons of fiery junk crashing to earth in a hurry.

Makes about as much sense as the Mud Bogging Park in Kingsland. Just wanting to piss money away.
