He's a juvenile, his parents should be held responsible and if he is in jail they should be to. I KNOW parenting is hard and I know some kids are just bad no matter what...BUT with that being said, what kid is at Wal Mart at 3am? You may not be able to control him ALL of the time, but you CAN control him at that time of the night....nothing a hammer and nails couldn't solve (nail his window shut) and like one of the other Moms said, he needs a PADDLE put to his BUTT!!!! I wonder if his parents "believe" in that type of punishment?

Same thing would be done if it was a Target, Kmart, Sears its the Insurance Companys not the stores that require this. I LOVE WALMART.
Exactly right Kimmie! It's not the stores fault, they are made to throw away. We should give smoke and fired damaged goods to the needy? WalMart does a lot to help the neighborhoods.

Some kids these days are so dumb. I'm glad that my parents for the most part have raised me well and i know right from wrong.

As a north county missouri resident we rely on having to drive to wal mart over in illinois and that was such a nice supercenter. We are relegated to a couple of broke down joke of a tiny store in Ferguson and even though they allegedly expanded it, the store is not of the size that the area needs to properly service it. They need to take over an anchor store at Jamestown and do something new with multi levels. It will revive Jamestown and put a lot of money into their pockets.
