Hey this all makes sense! So stay home if your sick!!!! Its ashame we get written up for staying home sick from our bosses

i agree..... with employee.....if we are to follow these rules to stay home to prevent the spread of the flu.. the employers should be made to follow these guidelines as well and not be able to fire or write up an employee.....however there are those employees out there who would take advantage of this i am sure...so the employers should still have the option of giving a verbal or written warning if there shows to be abuse to taking time off and maybe a doctors note should be required to come back to work if the employee shows excessive time away from work....

They say the same things every flu season, in an effort to appear proactive.
