We are very glad that James Simmermon will not be returning next year. He claimed to be an architect working for RDLA, Robert D. Lynn Associates an architecture firm from Philadelphia, http://www.rdla.com/rdla_intro.html . The public found out in August that for years, including his re-election campaign this year for ELCO Eastern Lebanon County School District was based on lies. He admitted that he was not an architect as he had been fabricating in official government documents.

If he fabricated official government documents, why didn't the state police and Lebanon County District Attorney's office prosecute him?

You people should read Asst. District Attorney Robert McAteer's assessment of the situation. Very enlightening.

Just because Mr. Kneller has some weird obsession with Mr. Simmermon does not mean that Mr. Simmermon committed a crime.

Holding those who are in authority accountable is not a "weird obsession". It's a thankless civic duty.

I guess in the end it dosent matter if Simmermon get criminally prosecuted. The big thing is that a citizen stepped forward and exposed that Simmermon is a liar. We dont need liars to be in charge of our kids.

I know.... Lying under penalty of perjury is not a crime... Ask Martha Stewart, she thought the same thing.

Really, then why did he have to refile everything that had his job description listed? I think it's Howard Kramer that has the weird obsession reading emails off the server.

Howard, we can’t all sit next to a judge in church… BTW any charges will be coming from Harrisburg not Lebanon County silly, so you may want to switch churches.

Don’t worry Kramer, RDLA wont fire him one they realize he is an architect and they are only paying him the rate of a project manager (not a bad deal). Unless he is not an architect… but if they let him go, you should hire him. It is hard to find an honest guy like him out there and beside he is kinda related to you, right?

Hey Turner -- Since when are the STATE police local? Believe it or not, the attorney general has more important things on his plate than this, if that's the direction you're trying to go.

I think pay attention might be right. AG seems to be very busy on a wiretap case from an Internet company in Lititz. Simmermon is small potatoes compared to what this scumball might be gettting...

AG's office handles cases that are referred by county district attorney's. Lebanon DA and state police already determined Kneller's complaint did not rise to a criminal charge.

If you think the AG's gonna get interested in something the state police have already dismissed, you really don't have any understanding of how the system works. Something would have happened by now if it was going to happen.

The primary is long over. Simmermon lost. The point is moot. Move on.

Are you saying the charges against Simmermon or Kramer?

The AG's public corruption takes cases from the public sector, maybe you don’t understand the system.

From what I am hearing, Simmermons problems are just starting.... Loosing the election is the least of his concern.

And as far as the self proclaimed smartest man in S-Town, I guess the old saying “you only catch the dumb ones” may apply.

I thought one State agency took civil action against him in August and he tried to file paperwork claiming he never was an Architect to avoid civil fines…. Now he claims to be a project manager.. Well you cant really be telling the truth both times can you?

Howard should be able to read those email from his Vertex server. Or did they stop messing with the email after the detectives paid you a visit?......

What… The police went to Vertex about Howard messing with emails?.. OMG I heard that, but didn’t realize how serious that was. I wonder if the son will have the same attitude towards him as his brother if his actions put Ross’s company under.

If they all get unemployed, maybe they can open a “during the public bid” consulting firm. Atleast they would have an IT guy and an architect on staff for any design questions that come up.
