Does anyone have experience with the Creative Learning Center Daycare on N. Frankford? OR any other daycare here in Lubbock I am considering taking my child to Creative Learning Center but would like to hear personal experience.

I have had such horrible experiences with childcare in Lubbock and I just want to be able to leave my child at daycare without worrying about his safety/well-being constantly.

There are so many daycares here but when you look up them on the DPRS licensing website they all have horrible reports/inspections. Several have left children outside or the children wandered off outside near busy streets.

Sometimes I feel like quitting work and school and opening my own daycare!!

Any advice is appreciated

My husband and I own a licensed childcare center in Odessa. We have been licensed in Odessa for the last 3 years and just opened our 2nd center in Lubbock. We are at 3601 34th St and are enrolling now at $90/week with no registration. The kids get to have library time, outside play, arts and crafts, song and dance, educational classroom and tons more. We are licensed for 51 and also offer $30 to anyone who refers a family for enrollment. Please call if you would like more information or our website is www.thomastreasureschildcare.com

Yes, ma'am! I can help you with that information.
You must be 18 years old, with your High School Diploma or GED, if you also have your CPR and First Aid certification and it is current, that is a definate plus when applying. If I am reading your post correctly you are looking for work in the evening?

There use to be several child care facilities here that stayed open during the evening. Let me do a little research and I will see if I can find something for you! Have a wonderful day!

I agree, Doodlebug Square is also a nice place. The owner is very nice and truly cares about her families and the children in her care. Doodlebug Square actually has several locations here in Lubbock.

Thanks child care consultant. We are learning lubbock has tons of child care centers but we are still happy to have chosen lubbock for our 2nd center and new home:) I could not imagine doing anything but child care. Oh, and to answer, we do not offer after school pick-up. Do you work in child care?

I own a large educational corporation here in Lubbock and have several businesses under the corporation. I owned a large child care business for many years here. I am no longer in the child care business, but do consulting work for child care owners here now. I spend my time managing and growing my other educational business now. I have been in the world of education for 21 years now. The first 11 spent teaching public school, the past 11 with my educational businesses here in Lubbock.
Your website is very nice and I enjoyed looking through everything on the site!

Yes, Rainbow's End located in Wolforth>> a bit of a drive but well worth it. My son attended there for several years. They had classes, and activities that would rival any private school. The staff remained the same and that speaks volumes. I also hired some of the staff to care for my children when we went on vacation. I had no complaints. The lady who owns it is a former school teacher.

Hope this helps!

I take my two kids to doodlebug at Reese base and they love it as do I. The teachers are really nice and adore the kids there.
