Badfinger is one of the most underated groups in rock history, mainly for the fact that they didn't have a long career.
Pete Ham and Tom Evans both comitted suicide because of all the legal entanglements surrounding Badfinger.
The drummer Mike Gibbons was to reunite with Joey Molland to celebrate the dvd release of the Concert for Bangladesh, but sadly Mike died a few days before of a heart attack.
Badfinger became famous because of their great songs like, No matter what,Baby Blue,Come and get it and Day after Day, but the royalties were tied up in Apple thanks to Allen Klein.

This interview with Molland is very interesting, he is indeed a survivor.
