I knew danny since he was a little boy, riding bikes with my brothers and all the other neighborhood kids. I'm not here to talk about things that I don't know of 100 percent true. I am here to say that Danny was a good kid. He was the sweetest boy I ever knew and the same goes for all his long time friends. I know alot of these boys and alot of the many people that are beside themselves right now over his loss. I don't want anyone to lose sight of that fact that Danny was someone who was loved more than a friend by all of those whose lives he touched. He wasn't just a friend, he was a brother, he was a son, and he was gentle and kind.
All of us who truly knew Danny know that. People are going to make their speculations as to what happened and we will all be judged when our day comes. Danny came into all our lives for a reason, to teach us to love a little more, and live life to the fullest, and to be there for our friends and families.
Rumors, wether true or false need not be said. Danny needs to be allowed to rest in peace, and his family and friends need to be able to heal and honor his memory in peace as well. Losing Danny was a tragedy plain and simple. He will forever be missed until we meet again.

Very sorry for your loss. If the State Police are handling this then you can be sure that you'll never find out if the officer was at fault. The State Police will only bring something forward if the evidence is so compelling against the officer that they simply can't sweep it under the rug. What a bunch of crap about not wanting him to feel this way or that way. Cops dont give a crap about how people feel. They get paid good money to tip off the media so its no problem for them to get their mistakes flying under the media radar unless they simply can't hide it. Then they will have to decide if it's worth it. After all, there are some Woburn cops who know some local secrets about some local Staties that those Staties sure wouldn't want becoming public. Remember its family secrets. You dont tell and I wont tell. Shhhhh....dont let the taxpayers find out.

I have to ask why do so many of you not realize no matter what happened it was an accident. The car that Danny collided with was driven by a person, yes maybe an off duty cop, but he was a person before anything else. You all must stop and begin to respect Danny's family and their loss and the MAN and his family who was involved in the accident. It is a sin that someone was killed in the accident, but sometimes that happens in accidents!!!! You all need to treat the two families that were involved with respect, and mind your own business and just pray to God for them in this terrible time. Any of us could be Danny on any day or we could be the other party who was involved(please remeber before he is a cop he is a human being!!!!). May God be with both Danny Wells and Paul Tenney.

All I'll say is I been riding on these Woburn streets for years and Green st is one I avoid at all times idk if he was really going 80 mph but whether he was or wasn't that road is dangerous and needs to b fixed it might have been an accident but even if he was going that fast it probaly wouldn't have happened if they spent the money we pay in taxes to fix some of these awful roads it's a shame a tragic shame! I didn't know u that well but R.I.P brother! AND SERIOUSLY IF U DONT KNOW WHAT YOUR TALKING ABOUT DONT COMMENT! rumors don't = truth! And we all know there isn't another place on this planet that loves talkin rumors than good old Woburn!! He was my next door neighbor for many years at spring court. I am sadden to hear about this as I was trying to find to get in touch with the people I was friends with while I was younger. where do i start.i think we have all lost real topic we have lost a great kid and that is the truth .Drugs and speeding thats what we have to ride on we have lost the issue here is that he was a great kid so against drugs he himself has cut off friends and family to prove his point . BUT once again woburn is so quick to talk shit it is sad we lost a life we are hurting we dont need this shit now or never . people r so quick to talk shit regardless if it was u or me we would of had an alcohal test on site or a blood test for officer teeney to prove his innocence but that was not done like a nornal processing so where do we stand what r we suppose to think there is alot of question that have not been answered.At the end of the day we have lost a son ,brother,and a friend and that should be the real topic of this website

who are all you people sayin my cousin was involved in drugs? Did you know him? DIDNT THINK SO!! You may think that us as a family might of had no clue if danny sold or did drugs, but trust me.. he didnt. I knew danny inside and ouut and just because im his little cousin didnt mean that he didnt tell me everything. because he did tell me everythingg. so i would have to say i know all.
