Once again people not from
Appalachia are trying to codblock the best and cheapest way to get much needed highways this area needs. There is not enough state and federal funding to build highways, tunnels and bridges over this mountain terrain. If it takes a coal company to strip a mtn for construction of a road then I'm all for it, because a lot of these mtns are already destroyed and nothing was given back for the state to use for the previous work. Look at a google earth map and scan the Va,Ky, and Wv mtns and see all the destruction that has already happened and no use came out it. Well its damn time the people got to benefit something the government and coal companies are actually doing.
