Legitimately haunted or strange places

I am a serious investigator living in Wise, and I would love to know of any and all legtimately haunted, tormented, or even just gnerally creepy and spooky places within a 50 mile radius of Wise. Anyone with info, please either comment or email me at [e-mail]

Yeah look through the windows at the hospital, old hospital beds & IV poles... Might not be haunted but it is spooky! Just don't get in trouble though, the front door is just glass if you can squeeze between the overgrown hedges you can see all the way through. It'll give you chills for sure! I'd love to go inside and walk around especially go upstairs & check it out. But you can't & they have no trespassing sign up so like I said don't get into trouble.

I had family that worked there when I was younger. I remember them telling me that people had seend and heard things up there while working graveyard. It is a creepy place.

Wish that I could elaborate more on the stories, but like I said...I was younger and that's pretty much all that I remember

A while back, I heard there was someone over near Dungannon who knewlots of those places. I don't know the name, sorry. I think his hair was as red as the head on the dick of a dog from what I was told.

I've always heard the old Wise Hospital is haunted, UVA owns it know so you will probably have to get there permission to investigate.the old orphanage in Wise is probably the most famous around here,it's on Turkey Branch Rd. in Wise.

Crockett Hall at UVA-Wise. Lived there, seen it. McCrary Hall rests on top of the old Poor Farm Cemetary, but they were all prepared for burial at Crockett Hall. Have heard some talk about Randolph Hall, but never seen anything personally.

the cemetery in ramsey, the rock house in clintwood, orphanage in wise just to name a few plenty more where that came from me and some of my friends use to go to them. there are alot round here just need to ask the right people and look tha right places there are several in appalachia as well

The walking susie tree in roda, va.....coal mining camp in Appalachia. Orphanage in Wise, a house in Andover Va....mining camp of Appalachia.
