Let's see whatbelse we can make up that will "suffer" because an elected official is trying to actually be responsible. They've already said children, old people, poor people and women will suffer from cuts...now the legal system. Whatever. Fear mongering is their way when they don't get their way. Truly pathetic.

I am so proud of governor walker and his distaste for the public sector. Can't everyone see how useless they are? Who cares if you can't get a nurse, a cop or the potholes filled? They all suck and they know it.

Is there any government bureaucracy that hasn't checked in with the dire consequences of forcing them to operate more efficiently yet?

Try this at work tomorrow:

"Um, boss? Sorry, but unless we get more money the quality of the widgets we're making is going into the toilet and our competition will probably find out all of out trade secrets...call us when the check is ready".

Get rid of all these politicians, from the city level to the federal level and start all over. They are mostly a bunch of lying crooks.

Why should it cost any more additional money? After all, once it is typed by some clerk somewhere the data just needs to be kept on a hard drive somewhere. And some clerk jerk needs to do the initial typing anyway. I have used the WI system to follow up on my kids and ex-wife. Found out my son had gotten a traffic ticket two weeks ago. He finally got around to telling me about it.

I have a radical concept...
How about if America gets over it addiction to Law and Order TV show, Jerry Springer, and America's Most Wanted, and get a life instead of spending your life checking on others misfortunes, and bad choices.

I use the WCCA system all the time at work. It's great for background checks on renters, job applicants, contractors, etc. I like to know when I hire someone if they have a record of defrauding past bosses, and when I rent to someone I like to know if they killed their past landlord! The system is a terrific resource for landlords and employers trying to weed out criminals, I would think that's something the Republicans would support?

It would seem from these blogs that the most common use comes from blasting other peoples misfortunes when a story hits the news. Is that a valuable source that deserves funding just so someone can pull it up for kicks? Does anyone ever think what publishing these things does to that other person? Neighbors be dammed is what it seems like.

Good parents know where their children are. Good parents are involved in their children's lives. I wonder how many parents have checked their OnStar trip history to fins out where the kid went in such a hurry last night?

"...said Abrahamson in testimony to the Legislature's Joint Finance Committee.Without a strong, stable CCAP, the court system, indeed the entire justice system, cannot function in an effective and efficient manner."

Is she related to Gov. Mark "Chicken Little" Dayton?

How is daily or nightly updates vs. "real time" updates (I would LOVE to see proof of these government "real time" updates) will cause the ENTIRE JUSTICE SYSTEM to not function in an "effective and efficient manner"?

Really?

So, you are telling us that the WI justice system IS functioning in an "efficient and effective manner" right now DUE TO your CCAP "real time" updates?

Does ANYONE buy this liberal tripe?

Right now, they are giving $6 PER entry to this CCAP. Cut it down to $2 and hire NON UNION people to input this information.

Or, now that I have been thinking about this some more, why not charge the guilty for upkeep and input into this system?

I mean, the web site is built, so there is no cost there. Hosting is cheap. Bandwidth is cheap.

Then, charge $1 or $2 for each use of the system.

Charge the democrats double, because they like contributing to their state boondoggle projects.
