An officer found cocaine in Bartlett's vehicle Nov. 7 following a traffic stop in Colby, according to a police report. * Christopher L. Burns, 25, of 413 Mueller St., Athens; initial appearance Dec. 21 on a felony charge of battery to a law enforcement officer and misdemeanor charges of resisting an officer, obstructing officer and issuance of a worthless check; $1,000 cash bond and pretrial conference set for Feb. 18. An officer reported that he was punched by Burns while he was attempting to arrest him Nov. 20 in Athens, according to a police report. * Ryan M. Polzin, 17, of 707 Brandt Drive, Stratford; initial appearance Dec. 20 on a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct; $500 signature bond and pretrial conference set for Feb. 13. Police investigated a Dec. 20 complaint that Polzin intentionally distracted a man while he was driving and had been acting belligerently, according to a police report. * Jarred M. Agacki, 19, of N456 Oak Road, Curtiss; initial appearance Dec. 20 on a felony charge of burglary; $3,500 signature bond and preliminary hearing set for Jan. 2. Police investigated a report of an April 28 burglary to a town of Mosinee residence where about $100 in change was stolen, according to a police report. via WisInfo
