Post up your unsolved crimes and lets work together to figure out what happened
If the Norwood Police Department doesn't want to protect and show your village what they deserve, then I will.

Unsolved crimes. what about the murder that happend in Potsdam. Garrett was killed and the perp is still running around lose. kind of makes ya feel safe right? NOt. You people in Norwood are always complaining or crying about something. Dang, why don't you look at the important crimes that are going on out their, like murder of an innocent child. Child abusers who are really abusing their children and getting away with it. things like that.

Really??? A crime is a crime. Shouldn't matter where it happened, crimes should be investigated regardless. And it's not like St. Lawrence county actually cares about its residents. That's obvious by the amount of trashy drug dealing scum bags that still have their children. Rather than focusing your frustration on Norwood and our wanting to try to be proactive, maybe you should start your own thread in Potsdam. Who knows, you might actually get somewhere.

norwood has part time officers.i notice somework 2 days a month. lucky one cop there works 5 days a month. there no real investigator to look into these unsolved crimes.i think they need full time cops here in norwood. maybe the crime would go down. we got sheriffs and troopers in the day but they could be 40 miles away for a call. crazy town this is.

Actually, Norwood doesn't need a Police Department.

I live in Norwood and have for 10 years, I've had both my windshields smashed, house windows smashed, a swastika spray painted on the side of my house three pools sliced, a camper broke in to and all the windows smashed out, woke up to a man walking through my front door, and a whole list of other things, i have called the police several times, and nothing is done, when the man came in my house my elderly grandmother was sitting on the couch and seen his as well, the officer told us there was nothing he could do it was starting to rain. so yeah i think norwood needs full time / ready to do there jobs police.

If I woke up to a man in my house, he wouldn't be walking out. They would carry him out in a plastic bag...zipped.....

Our part-time wanna bees sit around and act like they own the world. Every ticket they write, ALL the money goes to Potsdam. Norwood gets not one penny to defray the cost of the Police Dept.
Two cars and all the part timers cost more than the 50 member Fire Department, none of whom receives any salary and operation of six fire trucks! Let that sink in
