I have know david since i was a child maybe 15 to 20 years. Growing up with david i rode the bus with rode bikes with him. I have also met his family many times and was nice enough to be invited into his house. David along with his family are wonderful people that ar warm inviting hard working and full of love. This really rattled my cage to hear this. I have since lost touch with dave i see him in town on the occasion. Stop to the family store to get some real good itialian cooking. Iam for david his family and the victim very sorry. Iam sure that both parties never wished this had happened. No matter who is right and who is wrong lives have been greatly affected. And my prayers go out ot both families. God bless you both your in my hearts and prayers. PS Nick dont you want to know

Too bad that old lady dented that nice SUV. I am sure the owner bought the largest SUV he could find because when you have a few drinks before you drive the chance of an accident is higher so to protect himself he bought a nice large vehicle. He really is a nice man.
He even offered in his large truck to carry the ladies casket to the cemetary after the funeral. Maybe he can even get to use his lynch to drop her in the hole. What a nice man.
DUDE What are you smoking??Do you have nothing better to do than make up macabe stories??David did no such thing!!He is very saddened by this whole episode..It breaks his heart..BTW I know David since he is 12..You obviously never met him

I was there? please suq a diq... Dave is good people, he worked 7 days a week almost never went out and has a heart of gold, if you went to school with him as you say then you're just another cheese ball from FPM who wasn't getting laid or having fun like we were, and D's friends probably made you piss yourself when you passed them in the hall way. This lady made an illegal turn... YES ILLEGAL! turning left from the right lane is illegal and D had two glasses of wine with dinner he wasn't intoxicated. So I WAS THERE, why don't you tell me where that is so I can bitch smack you, ya cheese diq.

It was a horrible accident that no one wished on any. For all that think they know?? The so called drunk driver wasn't legally drunk. His B/A/L was .045/.05 for all the "I was there people". He was going straight and hit a vehicle who was turning onto a main road from a side road. Speed of SUV, approximate 40 mph not uncommon for this road. The SUV hit a small vehicle. It is hard to tell if the woman turnings vision was impaired due to street lighting, reflection or other traffic. This roadway has had numerous accidents with vehicles and or pedestrians. They have also resulted in fatalities unfortunately. It was an accident period. None of the parties involved or families have enjoyed a day since, w/o the thought of that horrible accident. I can assure everyone that this is a fact. God Bless both Families. Ignore the ignorant.
