What was going on when she dropped him, was he flailing in her arms, was he sick, did she not pick him up correctly? There are not enough details to tell what actually happend.

How far did she drop him?! Arms to floor wouldn't have been enough to cause that kind of trauma, I'm not an expert, just halfway intelligent.

1 I could see the broken arm but not "massive head injuries" and "hemorrhages". That sounds like shaken baby syndrome. This poor kid is in really bad shape. |
