I know we're in a depression and won't be coming out of it anytime soon so where again is Everett getting the money? Did the business tax rate go up to 85% w/o anyone telling me??
I'm curious.....when it's all done will the Mayor be shrink wrapping it in the winter?

Apparently there is a grant funding the rehabilitation of Glendale. My youngest son told me that the scuttlebutt around the HS is that it'll be done by spring.

I heard last night that the City will be discriminating against he illegals as they won't be able to play soccer down there. It's interesting because someone will actually have to enforce it. The majority of everett cops I know don't want to be disturbed while on duty as they nap in their cruiser on a road near the cemetery.

Another one of their "hiding places" is the narrow passageway of the old high school. You can hear them snoring from Broadway.

I work a construction trade that DOESN'T get me called a hero,
even though 5 of us are killed on the job for every cop or fire fighter that dies.

I also don't make $100k like most of the 'heroes' we are talking about here.

well, there wouldn't be much time for anything else.

Good thing they chose two of the safest jobs in the world to reserve all that fan fair for.
