If casinos were voted down during the best of times, why try to pass it during the worst of times?

The worst of times causes law makers to consider otherwise "unthinkable" options. The revenue would certainly help the State and God know MA needs it.

All gambling means is that a have-not gives a % percentage % of his or her income to the haves. It is a tax on the poor. Gamblers are financial LOSERS!
