The police have evidence that shows he is the killer. The police and FBI have been watching him for a while. They don't just go in willy nilly and guess he is the perp, they make sure that they have enough to make it stick. The DNA will be what will convict him ! Thank goodness he is off the streets and all of the children he has affected can sleep better.

All interesting speculation. So show it in open court and have a trial. Until then the man is innocent.

Oh really...tell that to the three women that got shot in Socal for delivering newspapers yesterday morning. The keystone LAPD cops decided to shoot first then see what they hit. Don't kid yourself, POlice make mistakes, then try to cover them up. It happens all the time.

I saw that also. It really helps destroy PD's credibility. What were they thinking!?!! I know they want revenge for their cop brothers but you have to at least SEE the guy before you pump a car full of lead

the 3 civilians are merely collateral damage in the war against evil. At least people are more safe now because of this.

Daily Republic had an article that the bad guy had been served with a restraining order the morning of the day the girl was last seen...

Seems he told his wife that he had a gun and knife and did not want to die alone.....

Hum?

I read that yesterday in the SF Chronicle. Old news now. Let's see what happens at the hearing on Wednesday. Let's see if there is real reason to hold this guy.

You can look at the Solano Sheriff's Booking Log online; shows he is held without bail for now anyway. I doubt he will ever walk free.....

Although I do believe he is guilty and I do believe in public records.... Doesn't having this info visible sway a potential jury pool?

Thanks A Thought...I haven't heard any of the news stations mention rape but according to the charges, rape is one of the crimes. I assume they have DNA from the rape...and if that's true it should be no question of guilt. What a monster to rape a little 13 year old girl...sign me up for the firing squad...oh that's right...that's too cruel.

The death penalty ain't good for this POS. He's more likely to die of old age at San Quinton then face the needle what with the drawn out appeals process.

True justice would be served by simply placing this scumbag in with the general population at CSP Solano,

Problem solved!
