Longwood may join growth program

Improvements could be in store for the Longwood's stretch of U.S. Highway 17-92, now that the city has applied to join the road's Community Redevelopment Area.

the only reason longwood is doing a CRA like the rest of 17/92 is because of all the used car lots that have sprouted there overnight. since used car lots can't set up shop on CRAs of casselberry, fern park and sanford, they had no other place to go than longwood. first gambling, now used car dealerships, all yoru missing is strip clubs longwood!
