Ocoee seeks approval of CRA master plan for hotel site

The city of Ocoee is just a couple of steps away from approving a plan that would help jumpstart development at and near the site of the demolished Colony Plaza condo-hotel/timeshare property.

Hurumphhh I konw propaganda and showboating when i see it. At the citizens expense there is going to be a nearly 200 thousand dollar "plan" Plans dont mean squat. Looks ore like a article designed to cover up, blow smoke on and justify what has already been done and has already been spent! For a bunch of private developers no less. Hurumphhh I say.
