why not send them back to where they came from? if they were born here then send them back anyway.

How about keeping them off of Welfare? A factory job would do that. Encourage those children to practice safe sex would be a better way to help them than letting them think they are going to Harvard.

all they do is start trouble and vandalize but the town is to scared to do anything because the like to play the race card
